Cafe Tao

Looking for something delicious and healthy to go along with your juice? One of our local favourites is Tao Organics, an all organic, all vegan, mostly raw, all wheat and dairy free cafe. The cuisine is not only delicious, but also beautiful! The vibrant colours of the fresh produce cannot be beat.

Everything on the menu is tasty, but our go to are the Pavarti Rolls. They’re made with a nut and seed pâté and a raisin, curry, ginger chutney rolled into a collard leaf with julienned carrots and red bell pepper. AMAZING!

You’ll find Tao on the corner of Esplanade and Rogers Ave just up from Lonsdale Quay.
